Refund Policy

At Addington Outdoor Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and services. Please review our refund policy below:

 

Cancellations

• Before work begins: Clients may cancel services up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

• Less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 25% may apply to cover reserved labor and material costs.

 

Service Disputes

• If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 5 business days of service completion.

• We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include rework or partial refund at our discretion.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Materials that have already been ordered, customized, or installed are non-refundable.

• Deposits for custom or large-scale projects may be non-refundable once work has begun.

 

Weather Delays

• Services delayed due to weather will be rescheduled. Refunds are not issued for weather-related postponements.
